Anise Essential Oil (5 ml)

Comforting, mildly uplifting; relieves mental fatigue, nervous exhaustion, over-thinking and worry.

Relieves digestive and menstrual discomfort; improves appetite; helps cough, bronchial spasms and congestion; strengthens a tired heart; eases palpitations.

Use in the VedAroma micro-diffuser or a few drops diluted in a carrier oil locally, or in full massage (1%) or bath.

May irritate the skin. Always use in 1% dilution or higher. This oil should not be used excessively for children under 2 years or during pregnancy.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To avoid evaporation, always close the cap when not in use. Keep out of the reach of children. All caps are childproof.
