| How to use | Use in the VedAroma micro-diffuser, for direct inhalation, locally on neck and temples (don’t use near the eyes), in a sauna, diluted in a carrier oil as a chest rub, or a few drops (3% dilution) in full body massage. Aviod during pregnancy. |
