| LEMONGRASS (Cymbopogon flexuosus)

| Lemongrass has a light, fresh, lemony aroma, and refreshing, revitalising, purifying and anti-inflammatory properties.

| For the body: Lemongrass supports digestion and circulation and is helpful in case of muscle fatigue, pains, sprains, tired feet, colds, flu, fever.
|
| For the mind: Lemongrass can be calming and uplifting, improving concentration, reducing nervous tension, exhaustion, morning fatigue, and jet lag.
|
| It is an effective insect repellant and room disinfectant.
|
| How to Use: A few drops in an aroma lamp/ diffuser. In a spray bottle a few drops mixed with 100-200 ml water (gently shake to disperse the oil in water) and spray around the room, 2-3 times a day, or as comfortable. Spray away from the eyes. |
| For body massage or bath: Use very well diluted (2-3%) in a warm carrier oil for massage, bath, or after shower. |
| Considerations: Always use highly diluted on the skin, preferably after a patch test in case of skin sensitivity. Not to be used for children under two or during pregnancy. |
